Products purchased include a one year warranty as standard. Our Customer Service Engineers and Agents are ready to give assistance and advice, including support for on-site service, maintenance and calibration should you require it.

Servicing and Calibration

Our Customer Service Department is a key element in the development, manufacture and after sales service of our products. The purchase of any RDM product is the beginning of a long and trusting partnership.

Our service comes with no compromises. We know that breakdowns engender high costs and that quick service is essential in the case of an emergency. Our Service Department is staffed by a team of highly skilled and experienced engineers. Servicing can be provided on-site on request i.e. at your factory. Our Quality Assurance Department serves to permanently monitor the quality of our products. RDM is certified to ISO 9001 by NQA.
